Hi all I just tried to download this on my phone but cant open it any ideas I MIGHT do a park run if I can

You could try downloading the podcast, or using a different app. 'Simple C25K' app worked well for me and seems to be the same programme. It's free.

Use the podcasts - they work very easily on almost anything. In my opinion they are better as well, and Laura is amazing!

The NHS CHOICES podcast are the best and most stable, and should go straight onto an iPhone or iPod. If you have an android phone, you'll need another app to download the podcasts like CastBox or similar, there are are few on the net..
