A bit more juggling this week as I’m back to work now the boys are back at school. I’m lucky to have very flexible hours so I split my day, going to the gym in the middle of it. Despite not getting much sleep and feeling very peri-menopausally hot I very happily completed my Wk7 R1 25 minutes. I don’t want to tempt fate but it seemed a little easier...(sshh...🤫🤫🤫).
I have been taking 2 day rests but because of work and busy weekends coming up I can only do 1 day rests this week. Going to be a bit of a test but I think I’m up to it now. Maybe my hip will let me run outside instead of on the treadmill on Friday? I really hope so.
If I can carry on like this, I should graduate on Star Wars Day 😁🤸♀️😁 🤞 🤞 🤞🖖
