Week 7 on it’s way & feeling optimistic

A bit more juggling this week as I’m back to work now the boys are back at school. I’m lucky to have very flexible hours so I split my day, going to the gym in the middle of it. Despite not getting much sleep and feeling very peri-menopausally hot I very happily completed my Wk7 R1 25 minutes. I don’t want to tempt fate but it seemed a little easier...(sshh...🤫🤫🤫).

I have been taking 2 day rests but because of work and busy weekends coming up I can only do 1 day rests this week. Going to be a bit of a test but I think I’m up to it now. Maybe my hip will let me run outside instead of on the treadmill on Friday? I really hope so.

If I can carry on like this, I should graduate on Star Wars Day 😁🤸‍♀️😁 🤞 🤞 🤞🖖

Well done - this is my next run - I should if done it today but thighs are aching so put it off X

Thanks Cwtch and all the best for your run. The longer runs definitely like to leave their marks on our leg muscles. Take it carefully 🏃‍♀️🙂🏃‍♀️

I am just behind you as this is my next run which I was going to do today but will have to do tomorrow now so hope I find it ok too.

I’m sure you will. I found it a much easier transition than that from Wk5 to Wk6. All the best for tomorrow 👍👍🏃‍♀️👍👍
