Top tip is to believe that you can do it and to make sure you go slow and I mean tortoise slow!

You will be fine! :)

Just slow it down so that it is achievable. I remember feeling exactly the same. How can I possibly run for —— minutes when 60 seconds was a killer only a few weeks ago? But you can. It really works if you stick to it. I’m just short of 50 and about 2 stone over weight but I have recently graduated and can now run, non stop, for 38 minutes . That’s how long it takes me to 5k if it’s a bit hilly. Speed will come later. Just keep at it. It’s great xx

Ps. MKe sure your clothing, shoes, hair , bra etc is right. When I start to find it tough I find little things like a slipping bra strap or hIr in my face become massive things that make me feel I can’t do it. Get the basics right x

Just finished W3. Just run at your own pace. It's not a race so just jog along at what you can comfortably pace yourself at. You should have worked that out after 2 weeks. For me run means a slow jog. The minutes whizz by compared to the shorter runs. I now find that my walking pace has picked up considerably at other times.

Top tip would be to pace yourself. You'll find that actually, it goes really quickly. I finished week 3 last week and have done week 4 run 1 today, which ups to 5 minutes, and I managed it okay. Good luck. Don't panic about it, just take it all in your stride (pun intended).

Hi, the first run of any new week feels daunting but give it a go as you might surprise yourself. I’m about to start Week 5 and I feel anxious but if I’ve got this far so can you. My only tip is not to be afraid to repeat a run if you need to, you don’t have to complete the program in 9 weeks, just keep going and I’ll see you at the finish line 🏃🏻‍♀️😀

Thousands have done it (me included) The programme is very clever. Just follow the instructions and you will be fine. Promise!
