Done today but feeling a bit breathless still 2 hours later - weird. It felt really tough and I'm a bit scared about next week, but total running time is the same, so I'm hoping that I can take it on.
I did have wee bursts of energy near the end, so I need to remember that.

I'm not sure that I could go slower than I was today. Mind you, taking my mind off of running was helpful - Jo Whiley's advice was to look around and that helped for one or two of the runs.
I'm just going to keep plugging away - next one, Tuesday evening.
Just make sure you are running slowly. It is a fact that you can walk faster than you run - another one of those strange but true things we get to learn here.
