Just completed run 1. Not too bad - amazed I can run for 3 mins! First warmer weather run so realised I need to rethink my running outfit! The whole run was a lot shorter in time than the last two weeks....is this right or did I do something wrong?

I did my W3R1 today - like you amazed I can run for 3 mins. It was shorter and I felt a bit miffed about that! According to my app, for me this run is 1km shorter than week 2.

Let’s hope we do ok on R2!

We were a bit miffed too! And yes a km shorter than last week. I guess it's all to prepare for next Week!

Don’t be miffed. You’ll be glad W3 is shorter ahead of W4! Keep going!
