Tried C25K twice before and gave up at Wk3 because calves were so sore. Buzzing I’ve completed wk4 calves still sore but powering through 😁😁😁

Roll and stretch well after each run... if they stay sore, slow down more...

Nicely done, take an extra days rest if still sore and you havent got a roller.
