Just completed my first 28 min run. πŸ˜€ Now realise I have to get over the mindset that the first 10 mins are going to be tough. They are but manageable. Sometimes I wondered if the app had gone off as I hadn't heard from Sanjeev but then he announced I was halfway there and could possibly pick up the pace ???as if..... This is a great feeling πŸ€£πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜„

Well done.

The first ten minutes or so are tough for every runner healthunlocked.com/couchto5... so no point pushing hard.
