Help. Have to take a break but don't want to start back at the beginning afterward!

I've completed run 2 of week 2 and will complete the week on Sunday. Tuesday morning I fly out to a country where you don't go running (unless you are fleeing!) How can I maintain what I have gained so that I don't have to start back at the beginning when I get back?

You do not lose your fitness in 1- 2 weeks.

Mentor replied to somones post very recently.👍👏👏

Depending how long and how you feel recommence where you left off and if necessary repeat it until you are comfortable.

Someone else suggested Rignold🤔 just go for your training run WK 2.3 eg. and take it from there.

You are the only person who can monitor you.🤔🌟👏👏

Thank you

2 weeks off is generally the degradation timeframe, so if you’re away for that length, then just wind back up slowly, if it’s a shorter timeframe, then pick up where you left off, just take it slow and steady!
