Hi All. My thanks to everyone who replied to my last post and I appreciate the sound advice that was given. I have just been analysed at DW Sports in Truro and I have to say the staff were excellent. I could clearly see what they were explaining and the difference my new trainers make. Off home now to start W2R1!!

I’ve just got home with my shiny new trainers and just completed week 3 yay ..have to admit makes all the difference
Pete - the critical piece of advice .. please take a pic of your new shoes so we can drool at them! Good luck with that first run
