Ok just completed the w5r3, you know 20 mins without a break,.., at 15 mins I stopped for 25 seconds, I paused the clock too. So I did run the full 20, just with a small pause..,

Neither really. Certainly not fail in any meaningful sense. Well done for getting this far.

Ouch! Might be best not to think of it in terms of pass or fail - sometimes that terminology can make us hard on ourselves 😊 rather do you think you'd benefit from a re-run to know that you've cracked the 20minutes for certain?

I think I’m going with pass as I didn’t think I’d get to 10 min! Next big run,... no stopping!

what is 25 seconds in the scheme of things? You ran for 20 minutes!!!

Well done for completing week 5...now you are ready for week 6.

I guess the important thing here would be the reason why you stopped in the first place - did you really need to stop or could you have kept going? Only you know the answer...make sure it does not become a 'thing'

I think it was because I can’t breathe through my nose at the moment and needed a drink!

But you’re right what’s 25 seconds, next time it’s a solid run I won’t stop!

Definitly Pass! Well done. 20 mins is hard. Don’t beat yourself up! You did well. And I bet 5 weeks ago you didn’t think you’d get this far! :)

How do you feel ? I didn’t complete one of mine ( abit different to you) so I redone it on my next run day x if you are happy to continue then it’s a pass !
