Check it out who would have thought I would be get to this point. So pleased with myself and feeling so good.

I must admit I miss the intervals but it's such an achievement to go the full distance.

Just one question ...is a runny nose normal? Mine just doesn't stop when running

I have no idea if a runny nose is normal! But I do always have to cough after about 10 minutes! Well done on the 25 minutes... that’s amazing!

Well done .🌟👏👏

Advice given on here on colds above the neck OK to run below not so.🤔👍👏👏

Certainly any sore throat feeling can be an early warning of pushing yourself too much.🤔

without a cold.

Look after yourself .🌟👏👏

Oh. come on now.... well done and enjoy these longer runs:)

Just relax, slow down and let the the legs begin to find their happy pace:) You are doing brilliantly:)

Lots of folk have runny noses.... normal or not, when running... I think everything gets moving:) As long as there is no chesty accompaniments.. you are fine:) Above neck.. run.. below neck..no-go.

Well done! That’s brilliant! And I always have to take a tissue if the weather is a bit chilly when I run and when I cycle 🤧

Brilliant, you're doing really well! My nose always runs when I jog (I don't have a cold) just breath from my mouth :)
