It's done. Very hard tonight. I didn't sleep well at all last night and I was tempted not to go until tomorrow but pushed myself out. Nothing else to say...
Urgh - week 2, run 2: It's done. Very hard... - Couch to 5K

Yeah it's never fun when sleep deprived. Go you for still getting on out there, that's the important thing. Heck, on days when you're just feeling grotty, don't be afraid to rein in the pace more than usual, it's the getting it done that counts, so if it's more comfortable, why not?!
I know on the podcast a few weeks along Laura says she never regretted going for a run, just the runs she didn't go on. I found that really helpful on the days when I was teetering on the "Ugh, don't want to go out tonight"
I did feel good for getting out there. I've decided that I'm committing to Tuesday and Thursday runs (kids are too busy on the other nights and I'm driving them around), and allowing myself to do either Saturday or Sunday, depending on how busy we are. Missing last night would have been the start of a slippery slope for me.
Mind you, I'm not sure that I have any pace to rein in!
Thanks for taking the time to reply - I appreciate it.
