Week 1 re done as had 2 weeks off with a terrible chest infection and lots of medication. But I'm back on it and re doing week 2 now. Finding it easier 2nd time round but I am still really unfit . ......... Aaaaaa a hoping I'll get there in the end . And I'm trying my best to be positive .

Firstly, glad you’re feeling better, secondly, well done for getting back to it, I’ve only just joined though I’m on w6, but so invaluable having this support, I have gone from complete couch potato to this, I’m still over weight but am feeling fitter and better, you go, it’s hard work but so worth it

Hi don't worry about being unfit. That's what the program is for :) a few weeks ago I never imagined I would be able to run for 3 minutes let along the 25mins I'm at just now.

Believe in you and the program. You will amaze yourself time and again.
