Hi I'm new to this and have only completed week 1 and 2 runs on week 2. I've missed a week due to ill health, should I start again? Thank you in advance.

No, just continue where you were, if you are off running for more than two weeks you can repeat some of the runs, but in your case continue with run 3 of week 2.

Hello, I'm not that much further ahead than you, but there have been a couple of times where I had long-ish gaps between runs (most recently 10 days). I was tempted to go back and repeat, but thanks to the encouragement from the forum I went ahead and carried on where I left off and both times they turned out to be very comfortable runs! My recommendation would be just to carry on - the programme is amazing, you will amaze yourself, the main barriers are mental ones.
Lin2019, if I were you, I would continue with the next run. You may think that your body has forgotten the last run, but it hasn't. You can do this. We are proud of you.

Just continue where you left off it will be ok. Hope you are feeling better 😊
Thanks all, going to start again monday with run 3 on week 2! X
