W1 R3 - I’VE DONE IT

Ladies and Gentlemen I am very proud to be able to say I have completed week one of the C25K challenge and I must say I feel amazing!

To begin with I was slightly sceptical of how successful the programme was going to be but the end of week one has left me feeling great. The family and I went out along the same route which appears to be working well and I didn’t feel utterly exhausted when I finished. In fact I felt like I may be able to fly!

I also noticed that I manage to get a bit further along the route today which also made me feel really good about myself.

I am already very excited to start week two and continue on this journey with you all.

Good luck and good running.

SJ x
