Did my week 8 run 1 yesterday and didn't really fancy it . Think it's because I can't believe I'm running for 28mins and my brain is convinced I'll fail. First 5-10mins is still hard , it's all hard but I think a little more settled. So jogger or cat is for the driver who slowed down at a junction and was faced with me and a cat trying to cross the road. Guess what - he chose to head for me to avoid the cat ! I just sped up and ran hell for leather laughing my socks off . That bit of my run went very quickly π

Jogger or cat?
Toxic ten.. well known and well documented.. with me, it can be anything up to toxic 20 or not at all. Well done you.. and for avoiding the cat- lover... maybe he thought you needed a boost
That is soooo funny.π€πππππππ
Nothing going to beat you Duracellqueen, your brain, idiot motoristsπ€,lucky cats with 9 lives, just nothing,
As Floss says the initial sticky phase, π€ you know for me, probably the single biggest light that was switched onπ
and just knowing that you had to allow for that π
with her slow and steady mantraπ
and her gremlin slaying techniques,
I honestly feel I could simply run forever.
You know of course she is a teacher and much moreπ€πππ. So not surprisingπ€πππ
