I CANNOT believe it!! I was told never to run...but I got fitted with proper running shoes...faced my fears (terror) and did it anyway. At the grand age of 51 I am HOOKED 😀😀😀I don’t post much, but I’ve got so much from all of our experiences along the way. Thank you 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️💕
