W5R3 in the bag against the odds!

Had a bit of a tech nightmare heading out on tonight's jog - podcast stopped playing when I reached the end of the road and didn't have my glasses on me so couldn't see to sort it out!! To cut a long story short I ended up doing the run without Laura or music - very strange!- and just used the stopwatch on my phone to time it. Even with all that to contend with still managed to do the full 20 minutes, so quite pleased with myself! After the first 10 minutes I kind of got into a nice (slooow) rhythm so it wasn't as hard as I imagined it would be. Phew! 😅
