Totally dreading week 3 run 1 today but had a look on here before and read that everyone had been advising people to slow it down and it worked, I got through it and it wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought!

No run is to be dreaded... just take each one steadily and slowly.. each run makes you stronger... well done you:)
