Here's the thing, set off this morning for run2 wk3, so far so good. All was going well until the last 3 minute run....I pushed myself to keep going, but alas, could not finish the last 3 mins, managed 2 but could not run the last minute.
Dissappointed, yes, disheatened no, Wednesday is another day to do run 2 again....onwards and upwards.

We all have those days when it’s just not possible to keep going. It doesn’t matter though, what you have done is better than doing nothing! You’ll do it next time 😊

Sometimes you need a couple of goes at it. Nothing wrong with that. Practice makes perfect 😁
That’s it just repeat the run/runs until you feel confident to move onto the next run. It doesn’t matter if you do c25k in 9 weeks or 6 months, you do it at your own pace and repeat what you need to ok.
The 9 weeks is a rough guide really. You can always repeat runs or weeks. We all have good and bad runs. Don't be disheartened, you're doing it that is the main thing.
