Omg I knew I was unfit but I’ve just completed week 5 run 1 and I’m so surprised that I done it although it has nearly killed me lol

Slow down.... and then more so. Take the runs steadily and do not push too hard.

We'll done Judie. I did W4 run 1 yesterday and was dreading it. I know everyone says go slowly but if I already am, I don't see how I can go slower. I always feel better towards the end than at the beginning but every week I can't imagine going for any longer!
