Day 1....

I have realised that my resting heart rate is very high and have decided to do something about. My hope is my running/exercising I will both get fitter and lose weight (although fitness is my number 1 priority).

I have today completed week 1 run 1 and it was hard BUT I have got home with a smile and motivation to complete my giant to do list which also includes a squat challenge (day 1) and ab challenge (day 1! Although abs are buried deep and won’t be seen....ever I’m hoping it will help my core which in turn will help my running!

I don’t have a body for running but I’ve decided to stop the excuses and get my lazy arse up and do it! Who knows, if I keep going as I hope to then 1 day I may have a body for running!!

Keep pushing people, if you don’t do it then no one is going to do it for you :)

Fantastic Motivation. Go slow with the Abs and Squats challenge. No need to burn the rubber on these right now. Continue your runs, have fun. Running will take care of everything.

My resting heart rate is also high and has come down already after one month.
