So Jo Whiley told me half way through my run today to keep saying in my head ‘I love running. I love running’. Man, did I need that mantra today. I found that the running part was ok - pace ok, breathing ok. My recovery walks were slow though - something for me to focus on for Wednesday when I do run two for this week.
One question though - started to feel a twinge in my lower back half way through my run. Not sure if that this is due to running or perhaps I slept funny. Any suggestions what to do stretch wise to help?
Have a great Monday everyone! 😃

Jo’s suggestion is a really good one - so too is smiling when you run. It’s basic kidology if you are smiling your brain thinks you’re enjoying it and that makes it not necessarily easier, but certainly it aids stamina and endurance.
Cant help with the back issue, but well done on going out
