I really didn't want to get out of bed this morning, it was early (as always) and I was so comfy which meant that I didn't drag myself up until about ten minutes before we were due to leave - the fact it was raining really didn't help, but having said all that, I did still go out and do the run.
Again, I felt better as I went along, the last run feeling better than on Saturday and when I think about it, my breathing's getting more controlled, but I do need to be "consciously breathing"!!
I misjudged the halfway point today, so I had a little way to get back to the car even after I'd finished the programme, but I kept moving and hubby even challenged me to do one more short burst, probably about 60 seconds, which I did! One more run left on week three (this seems to be going by so quickly) then we up the time again, however so far this plan seems to be working, so I'll carry on regardless!
Random app related question (if anyone gets this far) - I’ve noticed a bell rings during the podcast, but always thought it was part of my music - is it in fact the halfway point?!
