Well I did run week 9 once after following the c25k in November during that run I tore some ligaments in my ankle π£
So after 3 months out I restarted at week 5 and just about to commence week 7 tomorrow, I'm amazed at how easy it was to get back in the swing of it again, and will definitely be listening to any aches and pains more seriously now!!! π
So anyone thinking of not having them very important rest days, they are there for a reason! X

You are so right, although a graduate now since August, I was twingey this morning and was supposed to go out, but common sense prevailed and Iβm waiting until tomorrow.
evidently your common sense was being filtered through the air and across the sea to Italy.
