I'm just ahead of you having done the first two runs. R1 was bad because I was going into it blind so had the fear of the unknown. R2 wasn't much easier but it was good to have an idea of what to expect before you set off.
As soon as you've finished run one you'll have a benchmark of your ability and feel like your journey has begun. After that it'll hopefully be gradual improvements week by week.

First is always the hardest - take your time, nice and slow does it and youβll be fine.
