Well, I did wonder if 5 days off due to flu would hamper W9r1....and boy, was I right. Made it to 20 mins and then the legs just gave up ๐Ÿ˜ž

Anyway - all it means is that when I try again on Tuesday it can only be better! Onwards and upwards.

Going for a 20 minute run is not a disaster. Shows how far you've come if you're disappointed with 20 minutes! It's quite natural for performance to drop if you've been under the weather a bit. You'll be fine next time.
