Victory over inner couch?

Wk1 R3 saw two mini-achievements today. For the first time ever I went running first thing in the morning with just a big glass of water to sustain me - and felt absolutely wonderful. Lovely to see other runners and also people rowing on the Thames. Second achievement- I worked out how to add my music to the delightful Sarah Millican. I cannot wait for W2 R1 :)

I’ve just completed Wk2 R1 and I’m with you on the going out first thing after a glass of water - it’s great. I love seeing other runners and the early morning dog walkers. It also gives me that extra incentive to keep going as I really look forward to my breakfast 🍳🍌☕️ 😀
