Tested my blood sugars this morning and they seem to be coming down, as is my weight and my dress size, so to celebrate I did my first outdoor run. W8R3. It was different but seemed to be over quicker. I’m now onto my final 3 C25K runs.
I still remember how it felt to try to run for 60 seconds and here I am now. Slow, steady but determined!

That's just amazing and you haven't even finished yet! Imagine what it'll all be like 3 months down the line!
Hope you enjoyed getting outside, it's definitely less tedious than a treadmill .... When the weather's nice and you've got a good path to run, a nice view, you just can't beat it.
