Did not feel good 😞before I went out today, back to work next week and lots of preparation to do. Put gear on and off I went, tried Michael Johnson as trainer and some upbeat running music, normally I go for ballads.Think music made me walk faster!!! Find shorter 3 minute runs harder than the 5 minute runs, definitely need the walking breaks still! Prefer Jo as trainer . Managed to finish 😄

Hay! Well done on managing w4r2! I had srltared it on my tredmill and hate it, prefer being out but tricky when hubster is not home. It went unsuccessfully and i felt deflated. Repeated w4r1 outdoors and still struggled with the 5 min and same as you needed the walking breaks. How else are you finding it?
Finding your own running recipe can take a bit of time - I loved MJ or Mr Smooth as he became in my running life and my music preferences have nothing to do with tempo but more the enjoyment factor. It can take a while to get your own sorted, but you’re doing very well and as the weeks roll on, the difficulty factor increases just a touch too.
