OMG I only went and did it!!! Yippee πππββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
What a journey this has been π
Did I enjoy it?? Honestly ...Not all the time
Was it worth the time, dedication, the ups, downs and everything else you feel when you donβt actually believe you can do it???
Absolutely YES!!!
Completing the couch to 30 ( calling it this stops me pushing tooo hard π) has not only changed my body and eating habits but I have found a new inner confidence that I never thought I had before π
Thank you for all your help everyone!! I love this community and couldnβt have done it without you πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
Any tips to keep me improving welcome πββοΈπββοΈππββοΈπββοΈπββοΈππ

Congratulations ElizaMai it's a great feeling to tick off week 9 run 3. How about Park Run if you haven't tried it already it's great for meeting new people and keeping track of your run times. Whatever you do, don't stop, I had a couple of months out following an accident and have had to go back and start again, just completed week 4 run 1 and since I know I can get to the end I am enjoying it this time
Thank you πππ thought about signing up for park runs. Always ran alone with pod so It will be good to try x. Hope youβre on the road to recovery now and glad youβre enjoying the πββοΈ πββοΈπββοΈ I actually start to enjoy after 5 mins ( always found the 1st 5mins tough!)
Keep going you can definitely do thisππββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
I graduated a few weeks ago and since then Iβve not run as often but Iβve run further. Iβve found that doing 5 km means I need more recovery time afterwards. But Iβve also discovered that even leaving it 4/5 days doesnβt make you lose fitness. Iβve improved my times slightly each run and felt better.
I donβt need a plan now to motivate me. Just my distance tracker and some music and the community on here.
Itβs the best thing Iβve ever done. (Ok, having kids was fab too..)
