This is all new to me as I am very much a newbie but I felt I needed to post that week one is done ๐Ÿ˜€. It was tough to get out there today and it took an hour to convince myself to get out the door but it was worth it for the sense of achievement once finished. I know itโ€™s not going to be easy but I really want to do this. Bring on week two!

We have all been newbies. I started running at the beginning of January, as a personal challenge. I think once you have got off the couch is quite a big step some people. I never thought I would be running, but I have qualified and am now working on building up to running 5K really soon. I ran today and managed 4K so I known this is do-able. Stick with the plan and stay slow and steady.

You really can do this. Good luck and let us know how you progress. ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi @Scouser67. If you have completed w9r3 and are running for 30mins non stop don't forget to ask for your graduate badge to go at the side of your name. Info on how to is in the pinned posts at the side of the page (I can't post links, sorry)

Thank you Annie. I will do. Iโ€™m one of those people that donโ€™t advertise it. However, on this occasion I think I should as I am very proud of myself in my challenge. ๐Ÿ˜€
