I felt like you when I started the C25k. Was worried that I wouldn’t see it through. But I just didn’t want to give up. This forum was the best thing ever for all the support and advice. Stick with it and before you know it you will be crossing the finishing line. I love MJ too. Good luck

The longer you go on the less chance of going back. There’s no limits now!
If you finished R2 today then by this time tomorrow you will be getting curious about R3...and so it goes on. I always found it hard to stick to programmes but this one has an addictive quality to it. Each run takes you a little further but when you add them together you come a long way in a very short time.
It's very well structured plan and the constant presence of MJ in your ear is a great boost.
Keep going - you really don't want to let Michael down 👌
