Week two complete!!!

What a beautiful morning for a run – chilly but clear and the sun rising as I ran.

It all felt a bit back to front today, strangely the first 90 seconds was the hardest whilst the last one felt, if not good, at least easier – I think I was almost enjoying it!

As always, my mind invariably is turning to Saturday and the start of Week Three – three minutes of running seems daunting, but at the end of week one I thought 90 seconds would be impossible and I did that so let’s give it a go.

As always having hubby and dogs supporting me really does keep me going!

I'm jealous of your sandy beach! I run along the seafront too but our beach is steep and has pebbles, have to stick to the prom unless the tide's well out!

Well done on finishing week 2 :)

Amazing!! Running on the beach looks like such a lovely way to start the day.

Oh my goodness the doggo in the front looks so happy - love that tongue lolling out of the mouth!
