I had an enforced week off for a really horrid cold and was worried about getting back at it but I managed to combine run 3 with a full resistance workout so I am totally pumped today 😂.
A little bit worried about hitting the week two runs - how much does it increase?

Well done for powering through! You’ll hardly notice the increase in week 2. In fact, I found I preferred not stopping and starting as much. Just trust yourself and keep going. 👍👍👍
