Just completed first run week 2 🤗

My ankles feel sore and my calves bit tight

Have been doing full stretches after each run Anybody else had similar issues??

It's normal, your body is adjusting to this new work you're giving it.

I swear by a massage roller and use it daily especially on calves. Maybe look at strengthening exercises for your ankles.

Your body will adjust in time.

Take it steady to makesure you're not pushing too hard 👍😁

I felt it in my ankles when I put the treadmill to 1 from 0. Slowly adjusting to it now though. Find post run stretches help.
