Really hard run today, again no sleep ( sorry to keep going on about it, I'm boring myself) and felt really tired today but I was desperate to get running. Was the slowest I have ever been intentionally but my left knee played up which was really irritating as I could have run for ages at that pace today. Breathing good. My I pod packed up so no music or Laura which was weird but nice as I could hear my breathing really well and the birds. I used the pain genie on knee when home and did good stretches and its better but I will leave a couple of days till run 2. XX

Saw a very fast runner today all muscles, neon lycra and speed who gave me a nod, which made me laugh as I felt I was practically walking, but heh I've got the outfit, I'm in the club! XX
