Just completed week 8 whilst on holiday in the Pyrenees- I find running up hill the hardest but managed to do my 3 runs. According to my Fitbit I did the equivalent of 36 flights of stairs each time. Like many people here I haven’t run since school and love how good it makes me feel 😁😁
