Ist Park Run

After having a post graduation wobble, I got back on track with the help of Laura's podcasts and this morning successfully completed my first Park Run in a time of 39:49 ins My aim was to be sub 40 mins...so yay!! I did it!!!

Moral of the story: It would have been so easy to say to myself...great I graduated, but that's it with this running malarkey ... and I very nearly did. But following the good advice here kept me on track to take it further. Maybe this will be helpful to others?

Well done! I too am aiming to do a park run once I graduate. I’m starting week 4 next Monday so still a way to go. I’m trying not to think about having to run for over 30 minutes as it’s all a bit scary! Keep up the good work. 🏃‍♀️
