Completed week 7, run 1 this morning. Haven’t been keeping track of distances so far, but out of curiosity I checked the pedometer on my phone. It says I covered 6.9km!?!

Appreciate that includes the walk at each end of the run, but fairly confident I’ve got the 5K thing conquered!
