Had a run yesterday evening from campsite. Exactly 5k from Caravan along a flat track, into town, along the harbour wall, down the walk/cycle trail.
It was a bit breezy and only 6 degrees but at least it was dry.
Last time we were here running wouldn’t have even crossed my mind!
Certainly blew the cobwebs away after a really busy time at work.

I’m back on the IC - started running too soon. When I said this was teaching me patience it is REALLY teaching me patience..... Shin Splint is getting better but I’m now just doing what I’m told and not starting to run again before I have the all clear from my physio - he reckons it may be another 4 weeks at least - so it will really mean it’s been about 4 months since I was able to do 5K..... But I’m doing loads of strengthening work, doing loads of Pilates and using the hideous cross-trainer to try to keep a little cardio strength going.....I am very frustrated though.....

Caravan park is just a short walk from beautiful beach and sea. Great to run along harbour bank as tide was in. We are only local but could be anywhere, love it here 😀
