Struggling :(

I am due to start Week 8 Run 1 but i am currently on my 3rd rest day as I have felt really under the weather the past few days. I have Hashimotos (only diagnosed in Sep) and have felt really well since starting my levothyroxine. My worry is that I am going to have to start programme all over again- how many rest days can you have before losing what you have progressed to in programme. Really praying that I wake up ready to go tomorrow!!!

Mostly up to a couple of weeks before we start losing fitness... and if there is a possibility of some gentle, other exercise, to keep you going, that helps:)

Are your Meds still suiting you...? Maybe you have some kind of a bug.. there are so many things hitting folk currently...

Try not to worry and hopefully, this is a blip and you will be heading out soon:)

Thanks - meds been fine but because I have been feeling so well I haven't been for a blood test for 5 months - booked one now! Think you are right and just a bug πŸ˜€

Fingers crossed, you are going to shake this soon :)

It is generally considered to be about a fortnight before you can notice any significant drop in condition. Even then, it is a slow regression.

Don't worry, you will be fine. Don't pressure yourself.

If you are takin your thyroxine that should not be an issue. Have a rest then go again.
