Spring at last

So nice to run in the warm sunshine today after 7 weeks of rain, cold, snow and frost.

W8R1 was a pleasure and I had to stop myself from smiling as I ran. Well it was a jog if I am honest 😊

To all of you in weeks 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 7 you can so do this too.

(Just one slight problem today that without my warm hat over my ears my earphones kept falling out. Any suggestions welcome 🙂)

Some folk use a buff /headband to keep earphones in so might be worth a try.

I use a buff to help keep my ear buds in when I get to leave my hat behind. It keeps the ear buds in and the sweat outta my eyes in the warmer runs.
