🎉🎉 what a glorious morning and a fabulous way to blow away the remnants of a hangover from a 2 day trip to Bruges with 12 of my best buddies to kick off the countdown to my 50th birthday! If I can run for 25 mins after a weekend of beer, moules, frites and chocolate I must truly be a runner!! Have a great week all!
