Sorry this is a really weird question, I’ve just finished week 4 run 1. It was a struggle to complete I must admit, has anyone else had pain in their groin while running and after running? I’m not sure how to stretch them s area after running and couldn’t find anything on YouTube any tips or advice would be appreciated

It’s common to get niggles when you are new to running or exercise in general
There are exercises you can do to stretch the groin. One stretch is the one you see footballers do on the touch line where they raise their bent leg and lift it as if trying to get it over the back of a chair.,I don’t know what they call it 🤔. It works though. I do hip swings as well, usually before a run, but during or afterwards if needs be
Go only very slow and steadily on C25k so you don’t overdo things 🙂

I cannot advise on the strain or specific stretches, but with any strain you need to protect it, so slowing down is a good idea.
Have you read the guide to the plan? healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
Take care.
Look into hip flexor stretches. I had 2 inguinal hernias repaired a few years ago and they still bug me, especially during the winter months. These seem to help me. They may hep you also. Good Luck! stack.com/a/4-hip-flexor-st...
How is your groin pain now, two months in?
