Snowy towpath

I am very lucky to have a lovely canal 3 minutes (brisk walk๐Ÿ˜„) from my house. So I can have a nice flat run when I feel like it. Yesterday I did W6R3. The photo was of the worst bit, fortunately most of it was clear of snow and ice. But I was still slower than W5R3 which is 5 minutes shorter ๐Ÿ˜‚. Iโ€™ll see what happens tomorrow for the next 25 minutes now the snow and ice has gone.

Great pic! Fab route. All hills round me apart from Tescos carpark and I'm not using that!๐Ÿคฃ

Don't worry too much about speed. The new runs take some settling into. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜

No wonder you were slower ๐Ÿ™‚

No hurry anyway. Go nice and steady ๐Ÿ˜€

Great picture! It looks as if you could have tried a bit of cross-country skiing ;-) Well done for running there!
