I didn't let the first run of a new week scare me this time. Am totally in shock l managed to run for 5 mins ... twice! Plus the other little ones. Am daring to believe a bit that l can do this C25K thing π€ !!!! π

Well done, but it is time to stop underestimating your achievements.
You ran for 16 minutes along with 5 minutes brisk walking.
That, with warm up and cool down, is a total of 31.5 minutes of continuous movement.
It all counts toward building your stamina and fitness.
