Hey, just did my first run on the couch to 5k. That Was much harder than I expected! Glad I've done it though! Run 2 on Thursday

Well done! I’ve just started on week 1 again today (got to week 5 in January so I know it can be done) you will be amazed at what you can achieve and I too am doing next one on Thursday!

Well done on getting the worst one out of the way. I can truthfully remember thinking 60 seconds of running, well how hard can that be? And then I found out! But you will look back in a just a couple of weeks time, giggling at the 60 seconds run.

Hi, well done you are on your way. I’m only just ahead of you on Wk 2 and I struggled a bit at the start so don’t worry. Just remember it doesn’t matter how slow you go, the important bit is not to give up and enjoy yourself too.
