Hello week 2

After a terrible night's sleep I slept through this morning's alarm, panic sets in "I'm going to have to go tonight"

The internal argument is no easier in the evening to the morning, just a different set of excuses:

There will be people (don't go)

You've been at work all day and then been studying (don't go)

You've eaten, you'll get a stitch (don't go)

It's cold, wet and windy (stay in the warm)

The list goes on!

If you don't go now you will just give up again (get out there)

You will never achieve your goals if you keep making excuses (break the habit of a lifetime)

They say it relieves stress (jury is still out on that, go find out)

I went, I did it, my lungs hurt, my legs hurt, I'm cold and wet. But I did it!

Brilliant! Well done. You kicked those excuses to the kerb! 👍😁

Well done! Excuses are powerful, but the feeling that you ignored them, did it anyway, is more powerful. Remember that for next time the excuses start to talk to you!

Oh yes very well done.

It will reward you immesurably.

Believe it and believe in you.

Be kind to yourself Plenty use of the handbrake, slow and steady , but without stopping during the runs.

Everyone only wants to give you every support , encouragement and enjoyment.🌟👏👏

Brilliant fight against your gremlins with a great victory! Hope you'll feel even better after the next runs.

Well done you 👏 I’ve only done one evening run as I do prefer to run in the morning. My one and only evening run turned out to be one of my most enjoyable, even in the rain 😂 sometimes we just have to push those excuses to one side and run 😊

Good on you! 👍

Get in there! There are so many more gremlins doing runs in the evening rather than early morning so well done you!
